*How to reset the headset?

Step 1: With the headset off, long press the POWER button for 10 seconds to restore factory settings. When the reset is completed, you will hear sound”BEEP” twice and the blue light and red light will flash 3 times.

Step 2: Plug the Bluetooth Tramsmitter into the headphone jack of your device.

Step3: With the headset off, long press the POWER button for 6 seconds to enter the pairing mode, then close the headset to the transmitter, when the light on the Bluetooth transmitter is solid, the pairing is completed.

How do I switch connection mode between 2.4G transmitter and Bluetooth?

Short press the microphone button key twice to switch connection between them.
